Taking off our shoes – a Holy Week Quiet Day with Penny Pedley
April 15 @ 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
£40.00
A quiet day is an opportunity to take time aside to be aware of God’s presence, and they can be an experience of being on holy ground. On occasions in Biblical stories, when people have an encounter with God, they are asked to take off their shoes. We will take this opportunity to reflect on some of those accounts, and their resonance for us in our experience of God today.
You will not be expected to remove your shoes unless you want to! (..but if you do, due to wooden floors, we suggest you bring your slippers!!)
